Because we work with clients pursuing opportunities abroad, your information sometimes needs to travel outside Pakistan too — for instance, when we submit an application to a foreign university, embassy, or immigration authority. When this happens, we take reasonable steps to make sure your data is still handled with an appropriate level of protection.

We keep your data only as long as it’s genuinely needed — either to deliver the service you’ve asked for, or because law or professional standards require it. For immigration, study visa, and residency case files specifically, our general practice is to retain records for at least seven (7) years, in line with standard professional record-keeping practices.

A Note on Children's Privacy
Our services are built for adults, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. The one exception is when we’re helping a family with a study visa or immigration case that involves a minor dependent — in those cases, a parent or legal guardian is directly involved in providing that information. If you think we’ve collected a minor’s data outside of that context, please let us know right away.
